Waterside Community

Thanks to Deb and Art Rose for some of the photos used on this website.
image1 Located off of Kent Avenue adjacent to the Assawoman Canal, Waterside is a beautiful, quiet, private residential community of 80 homes - 33 single family homes, 24 townhomes, and the 23 four-story Canal Woods townhomes. The Waterside property which has its own swimming pool is surrounded by peaceful ponds, lush plant life, beautiful wildlife, state wet lands and the Assawoman Canal.

Waterside is an ideal beach community that is quiet and private yet conveniently located near Bethany beach and boardwalk with its many restaurants and shops and is a short driving distance to tax-free outlets, several state parks, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD.

Waterside is a condominium community. A quarterly assessment fee provides for lawn care, including grass cutting, mulching, shrubbery trimming and maintenance, as well as exterior building maintenance, snow removal and swimming pool maintenance.

image2 The Waterside community is a safe, serene and beautiful living environment. Sit back and relax in a quiet, comfortable retreat that is still close enough to everything you need.
